The Process

You will need 2lbs of Crayfish

In A Food Processor Blend;
• 2 Tbs Evoo
• 1/2 Onion
•1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
• 2 Cloves Garlic
• 2 Sprigs Thyme
• Salt And Pepper To Taste

  1. Combine With Crayfish And Marinate 2 Hours In The Fridge.
  2. Heat Up A Dutch Pot And Sauté Til Cooked Through (10 – 12 Mins)
  3. Finish With 1.5 Tsp Butter.
  4. Serve Immediately.
